Fruit Platter: Depends on Season and availability may include a selection of the following: Apple, rockmelon, watermelon, banana, pineapple, orange, grapes and kiwi fruit.

Philosophy

It is important for children to receive enough food and nutrients throughout the day to support their growth and active lives. It is recommended that children in long day care (at least 8 hours per day) be provided with half of their daily nutritional requirements through morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
